Samana Stay — A House Lived In, Now Shared
A spacious, light-filled family home in Puerto Ayora, thoughtfully arranged across two levels and ideal for families travelling together — grandparents, parents, children, or two small families sharing a comfortable base. The house offers generous shared spaces alongside quieter areas for rest and privacy, making it easy to be together without feeling crowded.
Set just beyond the bustle of the main street, Samana Stay sits in a calm residential pocket while remaining closely connected to town life. The ocean is less than a five-minute walk away, with cafés, shops, and everyday conveniences close at hand. From here, families can move easily between the beach, town, and home without needing transport or rigid plans.
On the main level, a large living room flows naturally into an open-plan kitchen and dining area, creating a relaxed communal heart for shared meals and time together. French sliding doors open directly onto the front garden with lava-rock pathways, allowing children to move freely between indoor and outdoor spaces and making the connection between inside and outside central to the way the house is lived in.

- Open-plan kitchen with full cooking facilities, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and basic pantry items
